Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and vet corporate agreements
• Utilize agreement execution software efficiently
• Provide litigation support (vetting petitions, case notes)
• Draft demand notices for recovery of dues
• Ensure timely execution of tasks (adherence to TAT and SOPs)

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in corporate legal affairs (agreement drafting & litigation focus)
• LLB or higher qualification
• Strong knowledge of Contract & Corporate Laws
• Excellent drafting, interpretation, and attention to detail
• Mandatory proficiency in Hindi
