About the Role
This position calls for a seasoned legal professional to oversee corporate compliance matters, regulatory filings, contract reviews, and governance frameworks. The selected candidate will work in a hybrid capacity from Bangalore and will play a crucial role in managing the company’s legal responsibilities with accuracy and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Manage corporate compliance requirements, including ROC filings
Draft, review, and vet contracts, agreements, and regulatory documents
Conduct legal due diligence and support governance practices
Ensure adherence to the Companies Act and related corporate laws
Provide proactive legal advisory and risk mitigation support
Eligibility Criteria
Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.) from a recognized institution
Prior experience in corporate compliance, legal due diligence, and regulatory documentation (mandatory)
Strong knowledge of Companies Act, corporate governance, and contract law
Excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills
Attention to detail and ability to handle complex compliance matters independently

₹5 LPA
