Role: Senior Legal Associate – Litigation
Experience Required: Minimum 3 Years (Litigation)
Location: Kolkata

Role Overview

The firm is looking for a litigation professional capable of independently managing court proceedings, drafting pleadings, conducting legal research, and handling client interactions confidently. Leadership ability to supervise junior associates will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Appear before civil, criminal, and commercial courts and tribunals

Draft pleadings, petitions, applications, and legal opinions

Conduct comprehensive legal research and assist in strategy building

Attend client briefings and provide legal advisory

Mentor junior associates when required

Eligibility Criteria

LL.B. from a recognized university

Minimum 3 years of dedicated litigation experience

Strong skills in drafting, research, and case handling

Ability to manage multiple matters independently

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
