About the Advocate
Advocate Samarth Luthra is a practising lawyer before the Delhi High Court, Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT), National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), and National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT).
He is registered with the Bar Council of Delhi and also as a Foreign Lawyer in England & Wales. A distinguished academic, Adv. Luthra holds an LL.M. from the London School of Economics (LSE) and manages an independent litigation practice in the Delhi-NCR region, specialising in civil, corporate, and administrative law.
About the Internship
Adv. Luthra is inviting applications for a Litigation Internship for the month of November 2025. This opportunity offers aspiring law students a chance to gain practical exposure to real courtroom proceedings, legal drafting, and case preparation before various judicial and quasi-judicial forums.
Interns will work closely on matters handled before:
Delhi High Court
Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT)
National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT)
National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT)
Role & Responsibilities
Conduct legal research and assist in preparing case briefs and pleadings.
Observe and participate in litigation processes under direct supervision.
Draft, review, and analyse legal documents related to ongoing cases.
Gain hands-on exposure to diverse areas of practice, including corporate and administrative law.
Eligibility Criteria
Open to law students currently in their 3rd year or above (for 5-year integrated courses) OR 2nd year or above (for 3-year LLB courses).
Applicants should demonstrate strong legal research, drafting, and analytical skills.
A genuine interest in litigation and corporate law will be an added advantage.

Duration: 1 Month (November 2025)

Location: Lajpat Nagar III, New Delhi
Stipend: ₹5,000 – ₹8,000 (based on performance)
