About the Role:
Finleaf The Consultants is inviting applications for the position of Corporate Legal Associate to join its expanding legal team in Ghaziabad.
This is a full-time role offering an excellent opportunity to work on diverse corporate, regulatory, and transactional matters under the guidance of senior professionals. The position is well-suited for individuals with strong legal acumen, drafting proficiency, and a deep understanding of corporate and financial regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Draft, review, and vet various legal documents including agreements, contracts, and MoUs.
Assist in compliance and advisory matters under the Companies Act, SEBI, FEMA, and RBI frameworks.
Prepare board resolutions, meeting minutes, and ROC filings.
Conduct legal research, prepare detailed notes, and support opinion drafting.
Participate in due diligence, investment documentation, and transaction structuring.
Coordinate with clients, regulatory authorities, and internal teams to ensure timely completion of assignments.
Eligibility & Requirements:
Qualification: LL.B / LL.M from a recognized university.
Experience: 1–2 years of post-qualification experience in corporate legal or compliance roles.
Skills Required:
Strong command over legal drafting and corporate documentation.
Sound knowledge of Company Law, SEBI, FEMA, and allied regulations.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines with precision and professionalism.
Preference: Candidates from Delhi NCR (Ghaziabad, Noida, Greater Noida, Delhi) will be preferred.
Note: Immediate joiners will be given priority.
