About the Internship:

MB Jain & Partners invites applications for 25 on-site internship positions. This is a structured opportunity for law students to gain valuable practical experience in key areas of practice.

Practice Areas:

Intellectual Property Rights (IPR), Company Law, Arbitration.

Number of Positions:

25.

Location:

Goregaon, Mumbai (preference given to candidates from the Western Line).

Duration:

Minimum of 3 months on-site commitment.

Eligibility Criteria:

Law students enrolled in a 3-year or 5-year LL.B programme.

Based in Mumbai (strict preference for candidates along the Western Line). Out-station students are requested not to apply.

Able to commit to the full minimum duration of the internship.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct legal research and assist on matters in IPR, Company Law and Arbitration.

Draft and review legal documents including contracts, notices, pleadings and other relevant materials.

Assist in case preparation, documentation and coordination with senior associates/partners.

Support firm’s day-to-day practice functions and client engagements in the specified practice areas.
