Open Positions:
- Assessment Internship – Capital Markets
Target Candidates: Final-year or graduate law students with a strong interest in capital markets.
Requirements: Strong research & drafting skills; familiarity with Companies Act, 2013 and SEBI regulations; detail-oriented and self-motivated.
Responsibilities include: drafting DRHP/RHP/Prospectus; supporting legal & secretarial due diligence; preparing SEBI ICDR & LODR compliance checklists; drafting responses to SEBI/BSE/NSE queries; research on Companies Act & SEBI regulations.
- Junior Associate – Capital Markets (Minimum 1 Year Experience)
Target Candidates: Candidates with at least 1 year of experience in capital markets/ECM transactions.
Responsibilities include: drafting & reviewing offer documents (DRHP, RHP, prospectus, abbreviated prospectus, resolutions); advising issuers on SEBI ICDR, LODR & Companies Act compliances; due diligence of legal, financial & business documents; drafting/negotiating Offer Agreements, Underwriting & Syndicate Agreements, Registrar MoUs; coordinating with issuers, auditors, BRLMs, SEBI and stock exchanges.
