About the Role
An established legal-compliance office in Karnal, Haryana is hiring a Legal Executive. The successful candidate will work on mortgage reports and property-related legal tasks for HL (Home Loan) and LAP (Loan Against Property) cases. The role involves drafting, vetting, due-diligence and stakeholder coordination within a legal-corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities
Draft and vet mortgage reports, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Review and prepare legal property-reports for HL and LAP cases (including title verification, documentation, and risk assessment).
Conduct property-document due diligence in Haryana, verifying ownership, encumbrances, and regulatory compliance.
Coordinate with internal teams (legal, operations) and external stakeholders (banks/financial institutions, title agencies) for legal compliance and timely execution.
Eligibility & Requirements
Experience: 1-2 years of relevant experience in mortgage reports / HL / LAP property-reports (freshers may be considered depending on strength).
Strong understanding of property laws and title-verification processes in Haryana.
Excellent drafting, communication, analytical and documentation skills.
Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to manage deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
