Position: Legal Drafter
Location: Noida, Sector 63, H Block
Shift Timing: 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM (Night Shift)
Experience: Minimum 1 year (LPO or litigation)
Language Requirement: Proficiency in English – reading, writing, and speaking
About the Role:
The firm is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Legal Drafter to assist in preparing, reviewing, and formatting legal documents for international clients. The role involves working closely with attorneys and legal teams across U.S., U.K., and Canadian jurisdictions.
Key Responsibilities:
Draft and review legal documents, including motions, pleadings, affidavits, contracts, and discovery responses.
Prepare, edit, and format legal correspondence and reports.
Conduct in-depth legal research and summarize case laws, statutes, and regulations.
Support attorneys in trial preparation and document management.
Maintain document consistency, compliance, and accuracy across all deliverables.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B. or equivalent).
Minimum 1 year of experience in legal drafting, litigation, or LPO.
Excellent command of English and strong legal writing skills.
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple assignments.
Comfortable working the night shift (9 PM – 6 AM).
