Position: Litigation Associate

Experience: 3–5 Years PQE
Location: Bangalore
Practice Areas: Labour & Employment, NCLT, Recovery Suits, Commercial Disputes
Language Requirement: Proficiency in Kannada (mandatory)

Key Skills & Qualifications:

LL.B. from a reputed law school or university

3–5 years of post-qualification litigation experience

Strong drafting, research, and argumentation skills

Ability to independently handle multiple matters across forums

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Experience liaising with clients, counsel, and regulatory authorities

Proficiency in legal research and case law analysis

Ability to assist in case strategy and execution under partner/senior counsel supervision

Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on professional and practice growth
