The selected candidate will play a key role in conducting thorough due diligence, analyzing legal documentation, and preparing detailed reports to support banking and real estate clients.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive due diligence on borrowers, collaterals, and financial transactions
Review and analyze legal documents and title records
Prepare detailed due diligence reports with actionable insights and recommendations
Ensure compliance with relevant legal and regulatory frameworks

Candidate Profile
1–2 years of prior experience in Banking and Real Estate Due Diligence
Strong analytical and research skills with keen attention to detail
Excellent communication and report-writing abilities
Familiarity with RBI norms, Real Estate Laws, Insolvency Laws, and property compliances will be an advantage
