Key Responsibilities:

Draft pleadings, written submissions, and legal documents for civil and commercial litigation and arbitration matters.

Appear before the Bombay High Court, Bombay City Civil Court, NCLT, DRT, and Arbitral Tribunals.

Manage and handle complex commercial and civil dispute cases independently.

Collaborate with team members for strategy formulation and client communication.

Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum 4–5 years PQE in civil commercial litigation and arbitration.

Proven familiarity with construction and engineering disputes.

Strong knowledge of procedures before High Courts, NCLT, DRT, and arbitral forums.

Excellent drafting, analytical, and oral advocacy skills.

Willingness to travel across India for client and court matters.
