Position: Business Legal ManagerLocation: Bangalore
Experience Required: 1 to 3 years in Business Legal
Preferred Industry: Housing Finance / NBFC
Role Profile & Responsibilities:
Manage all business-legal assignments in coordination with sales and cross-functional teams.
Coordinate with empanelled lawyers for title searches and due diligence of property assets.
Vet legal documents, provide legal opinions and prepare detailed legal reports.
Work closely with internal stakeholders to align legal advice with business operations.
Operate in a fast-moving financial services environment, supporting housing finance and NBFC products.
Requirements & Eligibility:
1–3 years of experience in business legal functions (preferably within housing finance or NBFC)
Fluency in Kannada and English (both reading and writing).
Strong drafting, analytical and communication skills.
Ability to manage coordination across multiple teams, legal vendors and stakeholders.
Understanding of legal due diligence of property/asset backed transactions is a plus.
