Position: Legal Associate — Labour & Employment
Location: Gurugram, Haryana (On-site)
Experience Required: 1–4 years of post-qualification experience
What the Role Involves
JSA seeks legal professionals with specialized expertise in labour and employment law advisory. The responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Advising on employment law matters, corporate employment practices, and regulatory compliance
Handling employment documentation, HR audits, and internal investigations including workplace conduct issues and compliance reviews
Conducting employment-related due diligence in corporate transactions, including M&A and restructuring, to manage employee-related risks
Supporting clients with drafting employment contracts, policies, severance agreements, benefit plans, and compliance procedures
Candidate Profile
LL.B / Law degree — post-qualification experience between 1 and 4 years
Focused experience or strong interest in employment/labour law, corporate employment advisory, or HR compliance
Solid drafting, research, and analytical skills
Ability to handle due diligence, corporate-transaction support, and employment-law compliance matters
