Position: Associate (Entry-Level)
Location: Delhi office
Eligibility: Final-year law student (pending graduation) or recent law graduate
Experience: Entry-level (fresh graduate)
Role Overview & Key Responsibilities
The selected Associate will be entrusted with the following tasks, working under the guidance of senior lawyers:
Draft, review, and prepare legal documents, petitions, and legal opinions
Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis on complex issues
Assist in case management: review facts, evidence, and case files; support senior team members in handling litigation and regulatory matters
Ensure strict compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and statutory requirements
Maintain effective communication with clients and internal teams to coordinate on case strategy and updates
Candidate Profile & Skills
Final-year LL.B / recent law graduate
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and motivated to learn
Strong research, analytical, and drafting skills
Prior knowledge or interest in direct tax laws and white-collar litigation will be a significant plus
Willingness to learn, adapt and contribute proactively in a fast-paced environment
Assessment & Remuneration
Selected candidates will undergo an initial assessment/probation period of 3 to 5 months
Final compensation will be decided based on performance, demonstrated skills and commitment at the end of the probation period
