Position: Associate – Civil Litigation

Number of Vacancies: 3

PQE Required: 2–3 years

Location: Gurugram (with willingness to appear before courts/authorities in Delhi NCR and occasionally outside)

Role & Key Responsibilities

Successful candidates will be expected to:

Manage and appear in civil litigation matters across courts/tribunals

Draft and review pleadings, applications, written statements, and legal opinions

Conduct legal research, analyse case law, and assist in preparing case strategies

Brief and coordinate with senior counsel when needed

Liaise with clients, provide regular updates, and maintain professional client relationships

Handle filings, limitation tracking, and ensure procedural compliance

Candidate Requirements

LL.B. degree from a recognized university

2–3 years PQE in civil litigation — candidates with experience in revenue and land-related disputes will be given preference

Strong drafting, legal research, and analytical skills

Ability to work independently and manage assigned matters with minimal supervision

Excellent communication and client-handling abilities

Willingness to appear before courts/authorities across Delhi NCR and occasionally beyond
