About the Firm
Regal Law Associates is a private law-practice firm registered in Jaipur (registered office: F-G2, Ganpati Enclave, Madrampura, Ajmer Road, Civil Lines, Jaipur – 302006).
The firm handles a broad range of litigation matters — including civil, commercial, consumer, debt-recovery, and tribunal work — making it an active litigation practice with multiple fora coverage.
Position: Legal Associate – Litigation (Full-Time)
Experience Required: Minimum 2 years of practical litigation experience
Location: Jaipur (Office address: D-Block 203, 2nd Floor, Ganpati Enclave, Ajmer Road, Madrampura)
Key Responsibilities
Drafting petitions, applications, pleadings, written statements, and other court-related documents
Representing the firm (or assisting senior lawyers) in court appearances before High Court, Commercial Courts, Consumer Forums, Rent Tribunals, Debt Recovery Tribunals, etc.
Conducting legal research, preparing case-files, briefs, and evidence summaries
Assisting in case preparation: facts gathering, evidence analysis, and strategy support
Coordinating with clients and courts — ensuring timely filings and procedural compliance
Maintaining client communication and case-related correspondence
Desired Candidate Profile
LL.B. (or equivalent) — eligible to appear before Indian courts
Minimum 2 years’ active litigation experience with actual court-room exposure
Strong drafting, research, and analytical skills
Prior experience in civil, commercial, consumer, recovery or tribunal matters considered an advantage
Proactive, responsible and able to handle workload independently
Good communication and client-handling skills
