Available Roles
Role Required Experience / Eligibility
Associate – Corporate/Commercial 2–3 years post-qualification experience in corporate or commercial law practice
Paid Legal Intern – Corporate Practice Final-year law students (5-year or 3-year LL.B.), eager to gain hands-on corporate-law experience
Role Scope & What the Candidate Will Do
Selected Associates or Interns will get direct exposure to:
Live M&A and fund-structuring transactions, including documentation, coordination, and support
Legal due diligence — reviewing corporate records, financials, statutory compliance, contracts, and identifying legal risks for clients
Drafting and reviewing corporate contracts and documents: Shareholder Agreements, Share Subscription Agreements, commercial contracts, NDAs, investment agreements, etc.
Corporate advisory and compliance support — advising clients on corporate-governance issues, risk management, regulatory compliance, and transactional safeguards
Intellectual Property filings and related corporate-law services, where required by clients
This role combines the functions of a “corporate-law associate” and a “deal-support professional,” as is typical in corporate legal practices handling transactions, compliance, and advisory work.
Desired Profile & Key Skills
The ideal candidate (Associate or Intern) should have:
Strong research, analytical, and drafting skills — able to prepare precise legal documents, identify risks, and understand transactional implications
Basic to strong knowledge or interest in corporate law, commercial contracts, M&A structure, compliance and corporate governance
Attention to detail, business-mindedness, and ability to work under deadlines — critical in corporate transaction work
Good communication and interpersonal skills — for client interaction, coordination, and advisory work
For Interns: Good academic record, keenness to learn, and commitment to building legal-corporate skills; for Associates: prior relevant experience and ability to contribute independently
