Eligibility:
5th-year students in BA-LLB programme, or
3rd-year students in the 3-year LL.B course

Period: January or February 2026 (physical internship at ADS Legal’s Delhi office).
Key Responsibilities
Interns can expect hands-on exposure to:
Drafting and preparing petitions, appeals, and legal documents for filing across various forums.
Assisting with case-filings in courts and tribunals.
Conducting legal research on assigned matters.
Participating in court/tribunal visits — including Supreme Court, High Court, and other forums, when required.
Preparing case briefs and notes, summarizing judgments, and assisting senior lawyers in case preparation.
Interns may also be entrusted with other tasks assigned by partners or associates, depending on workload and requirement.
Candidate Profile & Expectations
Must be currently enrolled in 5th year of BA-LLB or 3rd year of LL.B.
Demonstrate enthusiasm, motivation, and willingness to learn — internships at boutique firms like ADS Legal are intensive and hands-on.
Basic research and drafting skills — though training and mentorship will be provided.
Willingness to visit courts/tribunals and assist with court-related work.
Professional conduct, reliability, and ability to follow instructions.
