Associate – 1 to 2 years’ post-qualification experience

Senior Associate – 3 to 4 years’ post-qualification experience

Practice Areas & Role Focus

Selected candidates will work at the intersection of:

Data Privacy & Protection:

Assisting with compliance under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDPA) and other data-privacy regimes

Drafting and reviewing privacy policies, contracts with privacy implications, and data transfer agreements

Advising on cross-border data flow and regulatory reporting frameworks

Supporting client compliance initiatives and risk assessments across jurisdictions

Employment & Labour Law:

Advising on employment contracts, workplace policies, disciplinary procedures and compliance audits

Assisting with employment litigation, dispute resolution and compliance with labour statutes

Handling HR policy formulation, POSH compliance and contract vetting

Desired Candidate Profile

Candidates for both Associate and Senior Associate roles should demonstrate:

Strong legal research and drafting skills

Good understanding of data privacy, technology regulation, employment law or labour law

Ability to work independently and contribute to both advisory and compliance-oriented mandates

Excellent communication and analytical abilities

Prior exposure to regulatory frameworks, publications or writing experience in relevant legal domains will be viewed favourably. Preparation for or pursuit of judicial services examinations may also be considered an advantage.
