Position: Legal Associate (2 Posts)
Location: New Delhi (On-site)
Experience: Minimum 2+ years of post-qualification litigation experience
Key Responsibilities
The firm is looking for associates with strong litigation capabilities, including:
Managing day-to-day court matters at the Delhi High Court, Supreme Court and Saket District Court.
Handling trial work in High Courts and District Courts as needed.
Filing compliances — drafting and filing writs, applications, complaints, and related court documents.
Performing in-depth legal research using leading legal platforms and preparing research notes.
Balancing desk work and court appearances efficiently as part of litigation support.
These tasks reflect the expectations typically associated with litigation associates in specialised law practices.
Candidate Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum 2+ years’ experience in litigation practice at a law firm or legal department.
Comfortable managing active litigation files and court appearances.
Strong legal drafting, research and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced litigation environment.
Excellent command of legal language and English communication.
A background in science or economics at the +2/12th level is preferred (as noted in the original job brief).
