📍 Position: Law Graduate – Legal Associate (Gurugram)
Location: Gurugram, Haryana (On-site)
Experience: 0–2 years PQE (fresh graduates and early-career candidates welcome)
Key Responsibilities
As a Law Graduate at Worivo Advisors, you will be involved in:
Corporate Compliance: Monitor and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, maintain statutory registers, and track compliance calendars.
Contract Management: Draft, review and support negotiation of commercial agreements.
Legal Research & Advisory: Undertake legal research on corporate, commercial and regulatory issues.
Due Diligence Support: Assist with legal due diligence for transactions and business engagements.
This role places emphasis on both legal support functions and business-oriented documentation, which are increasingly valuable skills for corporate legal professionals.
Candidate Profile
Educational Qualifications: LL.B. / BA LL.B. / BBA LL.B. from a recognised university.
Experience: 0–2 years post-qualification experience.
Skills Required:
Strong analytical and legal drafting skills.
Capacity to work independently and learn quickly in a dynamic environment.
Attention to detail and good organisational abilities.
Attitude: Eagerness to learn, proactive approach, and ability to collaborate across teams.
