Position: Senior Associate – Disputes (Litigation & ADR)
Experience: 4+ years post-qualification experience in litigation and/or arbitration

What the Role Involves
Senior Associates in the Dispute Resolution team will be expected to:
Handle complex litigation matters across commercial, corporate and regulatory disputes.
Support and lead arbitration mandates (domestic & international) from drafting to hearings.
Engage in pre-litigation strategy, filings, interlocutory applications and case management.
Work on white-collar and insolvency-related disputes with substantive legal analysis.
Draft key legal submissions, pleadings, legal notices, written arguments and research notes.
Confidently participate in client interactions, court appearances and tribunal hearings.
Collaborate with colleagues in a high-performance, team-oriented environment.
The firm is known for advising leading domestic and international clients on intricate disputes, with recognised strength in corporate litigation and arbitration.
Candidate Profile & Requirements
The ideal candidate should have:
4+ years PQE in litigation, arbitration or ADR practice with meaningful exposure to commercial disputes.
Strong legal drafting and research skills.
Confidence in managing client communications, court/tribunal appearances and stakeholder interactions.
Ability to work independently and thrive in a collaborative, high-performance setting.
A track record of handling contentious matters with professional maturity and strategic thinking.
