Role Highlights
Both roles support Pee Safe’s legal and compliance functions and may involve:
Contract drafting & vetting of commercial and internal agreements
MCA compliances and corporate governance support
IP filings, trademark/brand protection assistance
Board and shareholder documentation and meeting support
Cross-functional collaboration with business teams to provide legal inputs
Supporting day-to-day legal operations, record keeping and follow-ups
These responsibilities reflect common expectations for junior legal roles in corporate teams handling compliance, documentation, governance and transactional support.
Ideal Profile
Educational Qualification: Law degree (LL.B.); candidates with additional semi-qualified Company Secretary (CS) credentials are preferred
Experience:
Legal Associate: Early-career (typically 0 + years) with hands-on drafting/compliance exposure
Legal Intern: Students or fresh law graduates keen on corporate law practice
Skills:
Strong drafting and analytical ability
Good understanding of Companies Act, 2013 and general corporate law principles
Effective communication and attention to detail
Hands-on, proactive approach to legal tasks and learning
