Position: Legal Officer – Field Recovery & Litigation
Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan (Field-based role with regular court visits)
Employment Type: Full-time, On-site/Field Role
Preferred Candidates: Local candidates from Jaipur or nearby areas (with knowledge of local language)
Role Overview & Responsibilities
As a Legal Officer within the Field Recovery & Litigation team, you will be involved in:
Conducting field visits to support non-performing asset (NPA) matters and recovery actions.
Executing warrants and related enforcement procedures.
Handling litigation and court matters – representing the company in legal disputes and filings.
Regular court appearances and tracking procedural timelines.
Managing MIS reports related to legal and recovery activities.
Liaising with internal departments and external stakeholders to support legal and recovery functions.
This role bridges practical field recovery work with formal litigation support and requires a professional who is comfortable interacting across functions and courts.
Candidate Requirements & Eligibility
Qualification: Law graduate (LL.B.) from a recognised university.
Experience: Relevant exposure to litigation, recovery, court procedures or legal enforcement matters (specific prior experience not strictly quantified).
Skills & Attributes:
Understanding of legal processes around litigation and enforcement.
Strong communication skills and fluency in local language.
Local candidate preference for ease of field coverage and court interactions.
Male candidates will be given preference (as specified in the posting).
Location & Scope of Work
This position is primarily field-based in and around Jaipur, Rajasthan, involving regular site visits, court attendance and coordination with multiple stakeholders to support litigation and recovery operations.
