Role Overview
As an Associate at Athena Advisors, you will work closely with senior leadership on high-impact assignments across financial services, strategy, operations and market research. The role offers exposure to the wider BFSI domain, especially related to mortgage finance, credit information and operational transformation. Associates contribute to consulting engagements that help clients identify opportunities, develop strategic recommendations and improve business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct market research and industry analysis to support client insights and strategic recommendations.
Assist in developing strategy frameworks, operational solutions and data-driven recommendations for clients, particularly in the mortgage finance and credit information domain.
Prepare presentations, reports and documentation that clearly communicate findings and actionable insights.
Collaborate with internal teams and coordinate with clients on project execution to ensure quality delivery.
Stay current with industry trends, regulatory changes and competitive dynamics relevant to the BFSI sector.
Who Should Apply
Recent graduates with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities (fresh graduate or up to ~1 year of experience).
Candidates with an interest in financial services consultancy, structured thinking and a fast-paced work environment.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
