About the Internship Program

Upscale Legal is offering a structured Legal Internship Program for the months of February, March, and April 2026. This program is designed to provide law students with hands-on experience in a fast-paced legal environment under the guidance of experienced legal professionals. Interns will actively contribute to legal work while developing essential skills required for a successful legal career.

Key Responsibilities

Interns selected for the program will be expected to:

Assist attorneys with legal research, document review, and case preparation

Conduct legal research and analysis on various matters

Draft legal memoranda, briefs, and other legal documents

Participate in client meetings and court proceedings

Contribute to internal firm projects and initiatives

Develop practical skills in legal writing, critical thinking, and problem-solving

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must meet the following requirements:

Currently enrolled in a law degree program (JD or LL.B.)

Strong academic background with good research capabilities

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal research tools

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
