Internship Overview

ASC Solicitors & Advocates is inviting applications for two (2) Legal Intern positions. This internship is designed to provide practical legal training and real-time exposure to court proceedings, drafting, and client handling under the guidance of senior advocates.

Duration & Working Hours

Internship Period: One month

Working Hours: Full-time

Stipend

A performance-based stipend will be paid to final-year students of 3-year LL.B. and 5-year LL.B. programs. The stipend amount will be determined after two rounds of interviews.

Scope of Work

Selected interns will be involved in:

Drafting pleadings for the Supreme Court of India, Delhi High Court, District Courts, DRT, NCLT, and other forums, along with drafting legal opinions and agreements

Attending court proceedings and assisting seniors during arguments

Case briefing and legal research

Client interaction, including coordination with clients and their teams, and providing updates on matters

Eligibility

Law students enrolled in a 3-year or 5-year LL.B. program

Final-year students will be preferred for stipend eligibility

Strong interest in litigation and legal drafting

Good communication and professional coordination skills
