Role Overview

Mtalkz is seeking a motivated Junior Legal Associate to join its corporate legal team. This role involves end-to-end handling of corporate agreements, contracts, legal notices, internal legal documentation, and compliance coordination.

📌 Candidates with only litigation or court-centric experience are not suitable for this role.

Key Responsibilities

Draft, review, and manage corporate agreements and contracts

Assist in drafting and handling replies to legal notices and related documentation

Ensure legal documentation complies with applicable laws and company policies

Coordinate with internal stakeholders for timely execution of documents

Maintain accurate records of contracts, agreements, and legal notices

Eligibility & Skill Requirements

LL.B. (3-year or 5-year) from a recognized university

Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of corporate legal experience (internship or full-time)

Practical exposure to agreement drafting, contract management, and legal documentation

Proficiency in MS Word (Track Changes) and MS Excel

Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and multitasking ability
