Tushar Ahuja Law Office, a litigation-focused practice based in Delhi, is inviting applications for the position of Legal Associate (Litigation). The office handles a diverse range of matters relating to civil, commercial, and service laws, with regular appearances before the Central Administrative Tribunal (Principal Bench), Delhi High Court, District Courts, and various statutory tribunals.

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants should have 0–1 year of post-qualification experience in litigation and must be based in Delhi or currently residing there. Fresh law graduates with a strong academic foundation and a clear inclination towards litigation practice are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

The selected associate will be involved in legal research and case analysis, drafting of pleadings and related legal documents, assisting and appearing before courts and tribunals, and managing case files along with procedural compliance and briefings.

Preferred Skill Set

Candidates with prior exposure to court proceedings and drafting work will be preferred. Strong research and drafting abilities, along with working knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel, are essential.

Remuneration

Compensation will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, competence, and overall performance.
