About the Firm
Incosec Legal, a boutique law firm providing end-to-end legal advisory, corporate compliance support, and transaction services, is inviting applications for the position of Legal Associate. This role is ideal for fresh law graduates or legal professionals with up to one year of experience who are eager to learn, grow, and build a strong foundation in legal practice.
The successful candidate will assist in legal research and drafting, support contract and documentation work, handle court filings and regulatory compliances, and provide day-to-day assistance to senior associates. This role offers valuable hands-on exposure and mentorship in a dynamic and learning-oriented professional setting.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct legal research and drafting for various matters.
Assist in preparing contracts, agreements, and legal documentation.
Support court filings and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
Provide day-to-day legal support to senior associates and team members.
Eligibility Criteria
Law graduate (LL.B. or integrated law degree).
0 to 1 year of relevant legal experience.
Strong legal research and drafting skills.
Demonstrated willingness to learn and a strong work ethic.
Location
Delhi and Noida (on-site).
