WHITEHATTS is seeking a seasoned Civil Litigation Lawyer with extensive courtroom experience to independently handle civil matters before District Courts, particularly Saket.
Role Highlights
Independent handling of civil suits, injunction matters, recovery cases, property disputes, and execution proceedings
End-to-end responsibility for drafting, arguing, and strategizing civil litigation
Regular appearances before District Courts and allied forums
Client interaction, case management, and effective court coordination
Eligibility & Skill Requirements
10+ years of substantial experience in civil litigation
Strong drafting and oral advocacy skills
In-depth knowledge of District Court procedures and practice
Self-motivated, dependable, and confident in court proceedings
Preference for candidates with local District Court practice exposure
