- Litigation Counsel
Experience Required: 5–7 years
Role Overview:
The Litigation Counsel will manage a broad spectrum of corporate litigation matters and IP‑related disputes. This includes drafting and vetting legal pleadings, developing litigation strategy, providing legal advisory support, and coordinating with external counsel and internal stakeholders.
Ideal Candidate:
5+ years of experience in litigation or dispute resolution
Strong drafting, analytical, and advisory skills
Ability to manage litigation matters strategically and collaboratively
- Real Estate Legal Counsel
Experience Required: 3–5 years
Role Overview:
The Real Estate Legal Counsel will be responsible for handling real estate transactions, conducting title and legal due diligence, and drafting, reviewing, and negotiating transaction‑related legal documents and agreements.
Ideal Candidate:
3–5 years of experience in real estate law or transactional legal work
Solid understanding of due diligence processes and documentation
Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills
