Position Overview

Proxiio Global Solutions is inviting applications for the position of Associate – Document Review on a fixed-term basis. This role is designed for experienced legal professionals who can contribute immediately to large-scale litigation document review projects with precision and accuracy.

Base Location: Gurugram, India

Key Responsibilities

The selected Associate will be responsible for conducting litigation document reviews with a focus on privilege review, ensuring accuracy and compliance while working on global legal matters using industry-standard review platforms.

Eligibility & Required Skills

Law degree (LLB or equivalent)

1–5 years of experience in litigation document review projects

Hands-on proficiency with the Relativity review platform

Demonstrated experience in privilege review

Strong understanding of privilege categories, including attorney-client privilege, attorney work product, communication privilege, and marital privilege

Excellent analytical, comprehension, and attention-to-detail skills

Note: Candidates whose primary experience is in Incident Response or Data Breach projects are not eligible for this role.
