Role Overview

L&T Finance is seeking an experienced Legal Manager (Micro LAP) to join its team in Agra. This is a key non-litigation role that requires in-depth understanding of local land laws, registration practices, and property documentation within Uttar Pradesh. The position is designed for professionals who can independently handle legal vetting and advisory responsibilities from day one.

Key Responsibilities

The selected professional will handle non-litigation legal functions related to Micro Loan Against Property (LAP), including title verification, legal due diligence, and issuance of legal opinions. The role demands thorough knowledge of local land records, registration processes, and property-related legal nuances specific to Uttar Pradesh.

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must have a minimum of 3 years of focused experience in Micro LAP. Only local candidates based in Agra with strong familiarity with UP’s legal and registration framework will be considered. The role requires hands-on expertise in title vetting and non-litigation advisory work. Immediate availability to join is strongly preferred.
