Trademark Prosecution (IPR)

Role & Responsibilities

Filing and prosecution of trademark applications

Drafting and responding to examination reports

Handling oppositions, counter-statements, and hearings

Managing trademark portfolios, renewals, and assignments

Conducting trademark searches and providing advisory support

Liaising with clients and the Trademark Registry

Eligibility & Requirements

Law graduates with 6 months to 1 year of experience in Trademark/IPR prosecution

Sound knowledge of the Trade Marks Act and Rules

Strong drafting, research, and analytical skills

Ability to work independently and adhere to strict timelines
