Senior Associate – Litigation & Disputes
Location
New Delhi
Role & Responsibilities
Assist in handling and managing matters before Trial Courts, High Courts, NCLT, and other tribunals
Independently draft pleadings, petitions, applications, and legal research notes
Support senior counsel in strategy formulation and case preparation
Appear before courts and tribunals for advocacy and procedural hearings
Coordinate with clients, maintain case records, and ensure timely progression of matters
Mentor junior team members and contribute to a collaborative practice environment
Requirements
4–5 years Post-Qualification Experience (PQE) in active litigation
Strong drafting, research, and analytical skills
Experience in commercial disputes, corporate litigation, insolvency, and white-collar matters preferred
Ability to independently handle filings, client communication, and court appearances
Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of taking ownership of assignments
