Key Skills & Requirements
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in Arbitration, NCLT, Writ Petitions, DRT, and related forums
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Ability to interact effectively with foreign clients and coordinate across jurisdictions
Proven litigation and advisory experience preferred
