Open Positions
- Executive – Legal
Experience Required: 1–2 years
Preferred Background: Media & Entertainment law with strong exposure to Intellectual Property Rights
- Legal Trainee
Open to graduates interested in building a career in Media & Entertainment law
Prior industry experience is not mandatory
Location & Work Mode
Jogeshwari, Mumbai
Work from Office (5 days a week)

Notice Period
Immediate to a maximum of 15–30 days (applicable to both roles)
Key Responsibilities
Providing end-to-end legal support for film and television development and production
Drafting and negotiating key agreements, including talent and above-the-line contracts, co-production arrangements, rights acquisition and licensing agreements, literary option and purchase agreements, and multi-platform content exploitation deals
Reviewing and perfecting chain of title and conducting IP and content clearances during the pre-development stage
Assessing third-party rights, obligations, and potential risks
Handling marketing, promotional, product placement, and co-branding agreements
Overseeing and assisting with contract execution and administration
Maintaining detailed project tracking and status reports
Supporting litigation through legal research and preparation of briefing materials
Working closely with the Head of Legal on strategic and operational legal matters
