Conducting property title due diligence
Verification of property-related legal documents
Coordination with Sub-Registrar Offices and Revenue Authorities
Preparing legal documentation and reports
Supporting lender-related legal assignments
Eligibility & Requirements
LL.B. degree (Freshers may apply for Intern / Junior Legal Executive roles)
Basic understanding of property laws and real estate documentation
Willingness to undertake field work and office coordination
Ability to adhere to standard formats, timelines, and instructions
