About the Role:

Elevate is seeking a highly skilled legal professional to lead its Contracts Legal team. The Team Lead will oversee contract review projects for multiple clients, provide subject-matter expertise, and act as the single point of contact for client communications. The role also involves preparing process documents, playbooks, SOPs, and trackers, along with managing team responsibilities such as performance reviews and leave management.

Experience: 5+ years in transactional contracts support (minimum 3 years as SME or individual contributor)
Qualification: LLB

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage transactional contract review projects across clients.

Provide hands-on SME support in high-complexity engagements.

Identify risks and obligations in commercial contracts including procurement, sales agreements, NDAs, and software license agreements.

Serve as SPOC for client communications and expectation management.

Develop and maintain process documents, SOPs, trackers, and playbooks.

Oversee team management including feedback, performance evaluations, and resource allocation.
