Eligibility Criteria
LL.B. from a recognized university
Minimum of one year of experience in corporate legal matters
Demonstrated capability in contract drafting, review, and negotiation
Strong legal research and analytical skills
Ability to manage assignments independently and handle multiple matters efficiently
Key Responsibilities
Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial and corporate agreements
Conducting legal research and preparing advisory notes
Assisting with corporate compliance and regulatory advisory work
Coordinating with clients and internal teams on ongoing matters
