About the Role
Indofast Energy is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Legal Intern to join its in-house legal team in Bangalore. This is a long-term, paid internship offering hands-on exposure to corporate and commercial legal work in a fast-growing organization.
Role Responsibilities
Drafting and reviewing commercial contracts including NDAs, service agreements, leases, and other commercial documents
Supporting contract negotiations and redlining
Working with the Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system for end-to-end contract management
Maintaining contract repositories and legal documentation
Conducting legal research on corporate, regulatory, and compliance matters
Assisting with day-to-day legal operations
Internship Details
Location: Bangalore (On-site)
Duration: Minimum 3–6 months (long-term)
Stipend: Paid (as per industry standards)
Eligibility Criteria
Final-year law students or recent graduates
Strong interest in corporate/commercial law
Excellent legal research and drafting skills
High ownership mindset, curiosity, and professionalism
Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment
