Role Overview

The selected associate will be actively involved in litigation and dispute resolution matters, working closely with partners and senior associates on diverse and complex cases.

Key Responsibilities

Legal research and drafting of pleadings, written submissions, and court or arbitration-related documents

Assisting in case preparation, client coordination, and appearances before courts and arbitral forums

Providing support on ongoing litigation and dispute resolution matters

Exposure

The role offers hands-on exposure across civil and commercial litigation and dispute resolution, including matters before the Supreme Court of India, Bombay High Court, NCLT, NCLAT, DRT, DRAT, City Civil Courts, Consumer Courts, arbitral tribunals, and various statutory and competent authorities.

Eligibility Criteria

LL.B. with a minimum of 2 years post-qualification experience (PQE)

Strong legal research, drafting, and analytical capabilities

A professional, proactive, and detail-oriented work approach

Immediate joining is preferred.
