Role: Associate – Mergers & Acquisitions / Private Equity
Experience Required: 9 months to 1.5 years
Location: Noida
Role Overview
The firm’s M&A and Private Equity practice is expanding and seeks a motivated Associate to support transaction-heavy work. The role involves close collaboration with partners and senior lawyers on sophisticated corporate transactions in a fast-paced deal environment, offering a steep learning curve and hands-on exposure.
Key Responsibilities
Assisting in mergers, acquisitions, private equity transactions, joint ventures, investments, exits, and reorganizations
Conducting legal research and transactional due diligence
Preparing initial drafts of transaction documents
Supporting deal execution and transaction management
Assisting the team on general corporate advisory matters
Ideal Candidate Profile
Prior experience in legal due diligence and corporate research
Familiarity with transactional documentation
Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure, deal-driven environment
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
