Key Responsibilities

Assisting with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM)

Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements

Supporting legal requirements across internal business teams

Conducting legal research and contributing to advisory work

Eligibility Criteria

4th or 5th year students enrolled in a B.A. LL.B. programme

Strong drafting, analytical, and research skills

Sound understanding of contract and commercial laws

High attention to detail and professional accountability

Ability to commit to a minimum tenure of six months
