K12 Techno Services is seeking a Legal Executive (Expansion) to support legal, contractual, and regulatory functions related to business growth and operational expansion. The role involves contract management, compliance support, dispute handling, and coordination with internal teams and external counsel.

Role: Legal Executive (Expansion)
Experience: 1–3 years
Qualification: LL.B (mandatory)
Location: Bengaluru
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
Draft, review, and vet contracts and agreements
Support legal compliance and regulatory requirements
Conduct legal research and prepare summaries or briefs
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external legal counsel
Assist in dispute management and maintain legal records and documentation
Eligibility & Ideal Candidate Profile
Law graduate with LL.B qualification
Strong drafting, documentation, and contract review skills
Experience or exposure to Real Estate Laws
Basic knowledge of corporate and commercial laws
Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities
Capable of working independently and meeting deadlines
