Eligibility Criteria
3rd or 4th year law student
Strong legal research and drafting skills
Interest in commercial, intellectual property, technology, and competition laws
Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with cross-functional teams
Key Responsibilities
Drafting and reviewing commercial contracts
Advising business teams on contractual, technology, and competition law matters
Supporting brand protection and anti-counterfeiting initiatives across digital platforms
Conducting research on intellectual property, data privacy, and digital commerce issues
Preparing internal legal notes, presentations, and compliance guidelines
Assisting with legal operations and process improvement projects
Collaborating with stakeholders across sales and technology teams
Tracking regulatory developments and assessing business impact
