Key Responsibilities

Ensure 100% accuracy and quality in title reports (zero error tolerance)

Close cases within defined Turnaround Time (TAT)

Raise queries within 4 hours of file receipt

Maintain zero client/internal escalations

Conduct monthly client meetings, follow-ups, and feedback calls

Standardize and improve drafting formats across reports

Maintain structured reporting and compliance processes
