Associate Advocate
Role & Scope of Work
Drafting pleadings, applications, affidavits, and written submissions
Appearances before the Bombay High Court
Proceedings before NCLT
Handling and assisting in arbitration matters
Legal research and case preparation
Eligibility Criteria
Prior experience in drafting and court appearances (mandatory)
Exposure to Bombay High Court, NCLT, and arbitration work
Strong drafting, research, and advocacy skills
Ability to work independently and meet strict court timelines
